From the simple to the complex, from breaking ground to opening, they orchestrated Pacific Northwest Audiology's move into a new building with the highest level of IT expertise I have ever experienced.

They went way beyond reasonable expectations to guide every aspect of our IT infrastructure, including many purchasing decisions, and made numerous important suggestions to improve IT outcomes while our new building was in the construction stage. When they say CompleteCare, they mean it!

We also received excellent tech support from Weston and their consultants. They were always there when we needed them the most.

As I indicated above, the team at Weston Technologies is the best Bend has to offer. They are in a league by themselves!

We have been a client of Weston for a number of years, and their partnership has been invaluable. They've been available for weekend and after-hours emergencies and are readily available for any time a problem arises. They have also worked with our software vendors and have adapted our systems to some handle a variety of specialized applications. Whether we have people working at our home office, a job site, or somewhere else remotely, Weston has been able to keep them connected and on our network. They recently helped us upgrade our server and move our e-mail into the cloud. They did this with almost no downtime during business hours, and virtually no burden on our employees as a result of the upgrade.

We will continue to rely on Weston for our daily IT needs and when software and hardware needs to be replaced and upgraded.
