If you’re not using Teams for your internal meetings, video conferences, and client-facing conversations, you’re really missing out on its flexibility and usefulness (see our various articles on various Teams topics). When you’re in a Teams meeting, the meeting organizer might want to spotlight a particular speaker or two. We could write up a long article on how to do this, but this video from Microsoft is far more useful:
Note that in that video, it shows you the ability to spot light just a single speaker, but you can (as of April 2021) spotlight a maximum of seven people now.
