If you run a business where getting appointments with your current or potential clients is an important part of what you do, you obviously want to make it as easy as possible to do so. You may want to give your clients an easy online option to choose a time on your calendar to chat or meet with you. You may have looked at services like Calendly or Doodle to help out with things, but did you know that if you use Microsoft 365 that you already have a free service at your disposal that has many of those features already? If you haven’t tried it already, give Microsoft Bookings a chance.
Many of our sales and account management folks in our office use Bookings to allow potential clients to book time on their calendar (here’s a link to book on Ron’s calendar, for example). Or you could use it in these examples if you are a salon, financial services company or home inspector. As you can see, there are several ways to setup Bookings sign-up forms, and it makes it easy for potential clients to book time with you and manage the appointment (and it makes it easy for you to get those bookings without having to go back and forth confirming times).
Add a link to that in your email signature, and it makes it far easier for folks to book appointments with you, and the appointments show up right on your Outlook calendar.
While the service may not have as many features as Calendly or Doodle, it will work pretty darn well for 99% of needs, and the price can’t be beat.
