Weston is currently aware of outages that are affecting services that use Microsoft’s Services and network for authentication (which would include Office 365-powered email, Azure, Office Apps, Teams, etc…). Microsoft is posting updates here and there is currently no estimated time to have things fully fixed (they have rolled out a fix, but it’s still ongoing). As it stands right now, if you are currently connected to Outlook or Teams and things are working for you, do not log out as you might lose your connectivity. It seems that if you authenticated properly before the issues started happening earlier today, you’re still connected as long as you don’t lose that connection.
