Microsoft Teams is arguably one of Microsoft’s most-updated-product during the pandemic. We’ve covered a lot of updates and tips on the incredibly handy communications tool, but they’re rolling out new features by the bushel to make their product the best collaboration tool out there. Here are some recent Teams headlines from around the Web:
- Microsoft is rolling out a new meeting and calling experience in Teams that will make it easier to control the meetings, share content, and also pops out meetings in a new window.
- A much anticipated feature, Teams will soon have the ability to spotlight a speaker. This will allow presenters to lock on a specific video feed for all attendees during a Teams meeting.
- Also coming soon is a handy feature for larger organizations and larger meetings: Breakout Rooms. While Microsoft hasn’t revealed much about this feature yet, it will be invaluable for larger meetings or virtual-convention type of events.
