Weston’s support portal is a great way to keep track of tickets you have open with us. If you’re our primary contact at a company, you can also see the status and updates of all open tickets for your company as well as view invoices and their status. You now have the ability to pay unpaid invoices online with direct bank transfer (ACH) or credit card.
If you log into the Weston support portal at connect.weston-tech.com/support/, and you have access, you can click on the “Invoices” tab. If you have an unpaid invoice, you can click on the “Pay Now” option to walk through credit card and ACH bank transfer options.
After you click on “Pay Now,” you will get to our secure payment form that you can fill out your credit card or bank account information.
Hit the “Pay Now” button on the bottom of the page and you’ll receive a receipt page (you will be emailed a copy as well):
If you don’t have an account for our support portal or need your password reset, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll setup an account for you or send you a password reset email.
