If you’re like many folks, you might be accessing your work email on Outlook on a variety of different computers. While your email, contacts, and calendar will remain in-sync between all those systems, some settings won’t. One of the biggest complaints from users is that their signature is different between all the programs and they have to manually set it up on each program.
That problem will go away soon. Coming in a future release to Office 365, your Outlook signature will be stored with your mailbox in the cloud. Once this is all up and running over the next couple months you’ll see a redesigned dialog box in Outlook:
Note: Only the default signature will roam across devices for now, to keep things as simple as possible. You’ll still have access to all your local signatures and then can force them to roam as well.
