hipaaYou’re probably familiar with Yelp (you can find us on there, both in Anchorage and Bend). It’s the leading crowd-sourced rating site for restaurants, hotels and just about anything else. It’s also host to healthcare reviews, and many physicians and clinics are on the site. Yelp gives you the option to reply to reviews, both positive and negative. What you need to be aware of, though, is that it could be a HIPAA violation if you reply to a review

For some Friday Fun, a video that makes me feel old, as I was one of those folks that were excited when I replaced my Windows 3.1 computer with a Windows 95 computer over 20 years ago (then with Windows NT 4, then 98, 2000, XP, 7, and 10). My daughters would fit right in with these kids.

We thought we’d do something different this month. We found some fun and interesting tech news and links over the last couple weeks that we thought we’d share with you (and add our few cents). Some are tech-related, some are not, all are worth a read for you and your business.

Stone Soup GroupAs part of our core purpose to better the lives of others, we set aside a portion of our net income to charities we support. We talked about the campaign match we did for Habitat for Humanity. Tomorrow, December 2nd, is #GivingTuesday, an national day of giving. While any of these organizations would be great to support. we're making a donation to Stone Soup Group. Read on about their mission, more about #GivingTuesday and what Stone Soup plans on doing with this money for the Anchorage community.
