Did you know that Windows 10 has an emoji keyboard at your disposal? Honestly, that was news to this editor. And it works in most Windows Apps. Just Hit “Windows + .” (basically the Windows Key plus the Period) and it will pop-up like so:
Your cursor must be focused somewhere that accepts text, but it works pretty much anywhere: web browser fields, messaging apps, Notepad, Word, etc… .
As for the May 2019 Windows 10 update, you can also use Japanese-style kaomoji (like (ಠ_ಠ)) and select them from there.
