We mentioned last year that Microsoft was going to unify its OneNote experience. Currently, they have two desktop apps: OneNote and OneNote for Windows 10, and they’re gradually phasing out the OneNote for Windows 10 app. The OneNote app was recently updated to make it more in-line with the some of the recent UI changes that are rolling into the 365 suite (which you can turn off) as well as additional features with inking, sharing, organization and camera insertion options.
